We are looking for someone who can help deliver outstanding customer service to our guests and clients. Our top priority is to insure our guest's complete satisfaction and comfort. This begins with a seamless reservation process, an easy arrival and departure experience and an enjoyable stay in their suite.
A qualified applicant will have excellent customer service skills, work well in a team atmosphere, have clear communication skills, and be proficient with technology. Strong keyboarding skills are a must.
Monday - Friday 9:00am-6:00pm or Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
$18.50 per hour plus benefits

Primary Responsibilities
Responsible for booking reservations for contracted customer business
Process and book contact clients guest reservations in accordance with client agreements SOW (statement of work).
Provide continuous feedback to your management and the Account Management team regarding any trends, significant guest issues or escalations.
Run daily reports to locate new reservation requests
Ensure timely bookings
Insure all urgent requests are processed in a timely manner to meet arrival deadlines.
Assist with the overall inventory management
Maintain a list of individual placement concerns for the weekly inventory planning meeting.
Enter new clients information into database
Enter all issues into Guest Experience Log and enter notes in the reservation.
Facilitate housing placements that maximizes occupancy without compromising an excellent guest experience.
Act as main point of contact for booking employee stays using the CRM booking process including reservation confirmation process.
Assist customer escalations.
Report escalations to management
Act as the main point of contact for all VIP bookings and update all involved departments

Competencies
Skilled in the use of CRM technology
Ability to maintain professional business relationships with co-workers, clients and guests.
Ability to maintain a positive and helpful relationship with all operations team members.
Insure all written communication is friendly, professional, helpful, free from errors and succinct and timely.
Insure all verbal communication is professional, friendly, helpful and timely.
